These terms cover your use of skyshotdigital.com, the website of Skyshot Digital (“Skyshot Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a digital marketing agency serving local businesses. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
Using this site
You may browse this site, read what’s on it, and contact us through it. In return, we ask that you don’t:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that violates someone else’s rights
- Try to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site or its hosting
- Submit false information, spam, or malicious code through our forms
- Copy or republish our content as your own (see Intellectual property below)
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice, and we may restrict access to anyone who abuses it.
What we do
Skyshot Digital provides digital marketing services to local businesses, including WordPress website design and maintenance, search engine optimization, Google Ads management, and Google Business Profile management. Anything on this site describing our services is general information, not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to perform work.
Client engagements are governed by a separate agreement
These terms cover the website only. If you hire us, the actual work is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or invoice terms that we both agree to. That agreement controls the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timelines, ownership of deliverables, and termination. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement wins for that engagement.
Nothing on this website creates a client relationship. Sending us a contact form or an email doesn’t obligate either of us to anything until we’ve agreed to terms in writing.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, layout, graphics, logos, photography, code, and the Skyshot Digital name and branding — belongs to Skyshot Digital or to the parties who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.
You’re welcome to link to our pages and to quote a short excerpt with attribution and a link back. Client names, logos, and work samples shown on this site remain the property of those clients and are displayed with permission as examples of our work.
Third-party links and platforms
This site may link to third-party websites, tools, and platforms — Google products among them. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Following an outside link is at your own risk. Our services also depend on platforms we don’t own or control (for example Google Search, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and web hosting providers), and those platforms can change their rules, features, algorithms, or pricing at any time.
No warranties
This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We work to keep the site accurate and online, but we don’t promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or current.
Content on this site is general information, not professional, legal, financial, or business advice for your specific situation. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or any other outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Skyshot Digital and its owner, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of this site — even if we’ve been advised such damages are possible.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this website is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability arising from paid client work is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Your responsibility
You agree to be responsible for your own use of this site, and for any claims arising from content you submit through it or from your violation of these terms or of anyone else’s rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnehaha County, South Dakota, and you agree to that venue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms, so it’s worth checking back occasionally.
Other details
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision right away doesn’t waive our right to enforce it later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Skyshot Digital regarding use of this website.
